    "On a routine oil change, oil was overfilled by almost a whole quart. I had a means by which to remove the excess oil, so it was not a huge deal, but I'm glad I checked it! The inspection indicated a small oil pan gasket leak as well as a leaky thermostat, at a cost of almost $1000 to fix (both).     "Very bad and rude experience. Never heard in prior visits that I will be charged for the diagnosis of the problem. Was told that have no loaner & can be dropped off. Had to wait for 1.5 hr to just get a ride home. Promised that I will get the car back on Monday, definitely a status update and most likely a loaner car. Never heard anything all day Monday. Had to call to get the status. Got the car on Tuesday afternoon. Had to miss a day of work since my second car also broke.
